Mawimbi is one of the top tier restaurants in Nairobi, especially unique because it is one of the only seafood restaurants in the city. It is a fine dining restaurant with a large menu and a unique bar reputation that is focused on an extensive wine list and incredible cocktails. From meals such as sushi, oysters, pasta and even red meats for those who might not be fans of seafood.The ambiance is warm and comforting and includes outdoor seating beside a gorgeous pool. One of the best things about the Mawimbi menu is the list of shareables such as seafood platters, crudo platters and more. They’re open 7 days a week and while reservations are not required, they do recommend making reservations anyway just in case.
